FACILITY RENTAL

 

Your rental will include:

  • Banquet Hall with Beautiful Chandeliers (note- we typically remove all furniture pictured in the ballroom prior to events to allow for Renter to arrange tables & chairs as they’d like.

  • The Loft with game room & lounge area

  • Full-service kitchen (no catering services provided by The Links)

  • Access on the day of your event from 8AM until 11PM

  • 15 60” white round tables

  • 32 white folding chairs

  • 35 tan folding chairs

  • 2 6’ banquet tables

  • 2 8’ banquet tables

  • 4 24” cocktail tables (available to rent for $10/ea)

  • Restrooms (please note that the restrooms are available to our residents who will still have access to them if they are using the fitness center or pool while your event is taking place.

  • On-site parking (limited- but enough to accommodate a modest guest. See Onsite Community Mgr. for more information

  • Capacity of no more than 70 is recommended, but we will allow as many as 100 so long as you understand & agree to the policies & restrictions provided within the Rental Agreement
